WOODCROFT VILLAGE

Woodcroft Village is a neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by Coles and 25 specialty tenancies with a total Gross Lettable Area of 4,670 square metres. The centre is located on the corner of Woodcroft Road and Richmond Road (a major road in the region which provides a connection to the M7 Motorway), approximately 34 km west of the Sydney CBD.

Over the lifetime of the trust, Woodcroft Village underwent several major changes. Haben Property Fund was able to secure a new long- term lease to one of the national tenants, and facilitated major works to improve the centre.
