Founded by Harold and Ben Finger, our track-record, relationships and leadership have driven our business to corporate scale and success.

To date, we have acquired and managed over $2 billion in retail property investments across the East coast of Australia, delivering an average annual return of 24.1% to our investors for exited funds.

We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch. We care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
