The Team

The Haben Property Fund team has been carefully built up over time to provide the full suite of services required to effectively manage properties in-house. The team consists of asset, centre, development and facilities management, leasing, marketing, accounts and general administration.

The team is headed up by its two principals, Harold and Ben Finger. Together, the principals bring property experience and skills which include investment, development, management and finance.
