Allure Ryde was a special purpose unit trust established to provide investors with the opportunity to contribute funds to provide debt finance to a mixed-use development. The ‘Allure Ryde’ development is situated 12km north west of the Sydney CBD, and is well-serviced by public transport close by on Church Street and within proximity to Top Ryde Shopping Centre and Ryde Hospital.
The development provided 56 residential apartments above one retail suite at ground level, four commercial office spaces and two levels of basement car parking for 79 cars.
